UF Health Shands Hospital Nursing Education Internship Opportunities

They are no longer enrolling for fall 2025. Please be on the lookout for upcoming available opportunities. 

Inquiries for UF Health Shands Hospital Nursing Education internship opportunities will only be accepted online (via the application survey). Students are NOT permitted to contact the site supervisors directly.

Dr. Moses will provide information about this special process during weeks 3 or 4 of the semester (for HSC4800 students).

Early survey submission deadline: September 12

• Supervisors will contact students to schedule interviews by September 19
• Interviews will be completed between September 22-30
• Internship offers will be emailed to top candidate by October 3

 

Final survey submission deadline: October 3

• Supervisors will contact students to schedule interviews by October 10
• Interviews will be completed between October 13-21
• Internship offers will be emailed to top candidate by October 31

Mandatory UF Intern Requirements

All UF Health sites require additional requirements that must be completed by the interns. Additional requirements must be submitted to Canvas (HSC4800) no later than the last day of class (the semester prior to internship).
