Aboubacar Camara [from left] and Aboubacar Soumah [from right] are from Guinea, West Africa. Kenneth Metzker [middle] was born in Puerto Rico and grew up in the United States. They work together in the School of Theatre and Dance at the University of Florida. They are playing the Balafon [by Camara], Djembe [by Soumah] and DunDuns [by Kenneth] instruments traditionally from West Africa. The music and rhythms are also traditional folk music from West Africa.
