Innovative Research Initiatives in Sport (I-Rise)

The purpose of the I-Rise initiative is to increase the impact of sport event research for mega and small-scale sport events through dissemination and strategic alliances in the State of Florida, the USA, and globally.

Laboratory for Diversity in Sport

The Laboratory for Diversity in Sport is dedicated to producing and sharing research related to all forms of diversity within the sport and physical activity context. Researchers study people’s access to and experiences in sport, strategies to make sport more inclusive, and ways sport organizations can create and sustain diverse and inclusive environments. Our research focuses on making sport and physical activity more inclusive, ensuring that sport is a place for all.
