Effective Fall 2020, the B.S. program in APK will no longer offer specializations. The new curriculum provides students the opportunity to pursue academic interests, student experiences, and employment opportunities at clinical and research-oriented educational institutions, health agencies and organizations, corporate or private fitness programming centers, and other health-related business and industry opportunities.
Note: For prerequisite course numbers, # can be the number 1 or 2 (e.g. BSC1010 or 2010).

Applications missing this form will be considered incomplete and admission will be denied.
Transfer students must complete specific prerequisite courses prior to their enrollment at UF. The BS-APK major requires a minimum 2.8 prerequisite GPA and a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA.
