Jennifer Lea (BSHED ’06)

As a nationally recognized authority in health education and performance training, Jennifer speaks at national conferences about the key role of human energy management in high performance and health. She is a lead performance coach for several initiatives including the Vital Voices 2015 Global Leader Honorees where she coaches global women leaders to help ignite their full potential through strategic energy investments. She contributes her expertise to a regular blog called “The Energized Mom” for Working Mothers and a featured podcast about Working Motherhood.

Jennifer is a graduate of HHP in Health Education and Behavior with a specialization in Health Promotion/Wellness. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a personal trainer. She has a strong commitment to developing, retaining and accelerating women in the workplace as well as advancing the health and well-being of women and children. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling the world with her family.
