The University of Florida College of Health & Human Performance (HHP) celebrated six doctorate, 105 master’s and 95 bachelor’s degree recipients on Friday, December 17 during commencement ceremonies at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center.

A doctoral ceremony was held at 2 p.m. and a bachelor's and master's ceremony was held at 7:30 p.m. View photos from the event on the UFHHP Facebook page. The doctoral ceremony, and master's and bachelor's ceremony can be replayed via Mediasite.

During the master's and bachelor's ceremony, UF Provost Joe Glover celebrated Mariel White, who earned a bachelor's degree in sport management after being diagnosed with a rare vascular disease, experiencing a series of strokes, partially losing her vision and becoming paralyzed below the waist. She died from complications from an infection on Dec. 5.

White's brother, Weston, and her service dog, Lassie, crossed the stage in her honor. Read more and watch the videos at UF News.
