Daniel Rogers Earns Top UF Award

More than 350 employees gathered via Zoom on August 12 for UF's 2020 Superior Accomplishment Awards ceremony. This annual program recognizes staff and faculty members who contribute outstanding and meritorious service, efficiency and/or economy, or to the quality of life for students and employees.

Department of Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management's Daniel Rogers, administrative specialist I, was one of eight individuals across campus who received the Special Recognition Award which includes a $1,000 check and a commemorative plaque.

"Congratulations on your Superior Accomplishment Award. It is well-deserved recognition of a job well done. Your work on behalf of THEM has been hugely impactful over the past year. You have been a steadfast pillar of optimism and commitment that the department has very much needed."
