For students requesting transfer admission Spring 2021, the B.S. program in APK offers two specializations, Exercise Physiology and Fitness/Wellness, depending on student academic interests and goals, career and professional goals, and academic aptitude. Sites for research, student experience, and employment include research and clinical educational institutions, health agencies and organizations, corporate or private fitness programming centers, and other health-related business and industry opportunities.
Note: For prerequisite course numbers, # can be the number 1 or 2 (e.g. BSC1010 or 2010).

Required Prerequisite Coursework
Transfer students must complete specific prerequisite courses prior to their enrollment at UF. The BS-APK Exercise Physiology specialization requires a minimum 3.0 prerequisite GPA and a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA. A maximum of two Cs can be earned in prerequisite courses. All other prerequisite grades must be B or better.
