This certificate trains students in the applications of artificial intelligence & data analytics in the tourism, hospitality and event management. Students will have the opportunity to gain specialized knowledge and practice in areas such as artificial intelligence trends, analytic skills, machine learning concepts, technology applications, opportunities, and challenges in industries.
Certificates are open to all UF graduate students (MS and PhD students) with a minimum GPA 3.0 and interested individuals who have earned their BA/BS degree (with a minimum cumulative GPA 3.0 and above) from a regionally accredited institution. Students may pursue just the graduate certificate as a non-degree seeking student. It is understood that some students who are eligible for admission to the graduate certificate program may not be eligible for admission to a graduate degree program.
