Reserve the Florida Gym
To request use of the Florida Gym, please complete our online rental request form and review our policies. Our staff will contact you after submission to confirm availability and assist with next steps.
Room Reservations

Classrooms
HHP departments may reserve Florida Gym classrooms 225 and 235 for workshops, seminars, meetings and other college activities when the rooms are not being used for regularly scheduled courses.
Courses take priority, so reservations cannot be confirmed until after the drop/add period ends each semester.
To reserve Florida Gym classrooms 225 or 235, contact Brandon Hartline.
To request Florida Gym lecture halls or classrooms elsewhere on campus, use the Room Scheduling and Events system through the Office of the University Registrar.
Conference Room
The Dean’s Office conference room in FLG 200 is available to HHP faculty and staff.
To reserve the conference room, contact the Dean’s Office front desk student assistants at hhpstudentassistants@hhp.ufl.edu or 352-294-1606.
Dr. Betty C. Stevens Reading Room
The Dr. Betty C. Stevens Reading Room (Room 215), established through a generous endowment by former professor Betty C. Stevens in 2004, provides an inviting, quiet space dedicated to academic reading, study, and research for faculty and students in the College of Health and Human Performance.
