Use this form to announce a thesis or dissertation proposal or defense as part of your degree requirements. Submissions are used to notify faculty and record upcoming defenses within the College of Health & Human Performance.

Before submitting this form, please make sure you have confirmed your defense details with your supervisory committee, including the date, time, and format (in-person, Zoom, or hybrid).

After submission, your announcement will be routed to the appropriate department and used to notify relevant faculty. You may be contacted if clarification is needed.
