It is the responsibility of the student to make sure they have met the requirements for graduation.

• You must be registered for a minimum of three credits in Fall or Spring and two credits in Summer during the term you graduate.  Students on a fellowship, traineeship, or assistantship must be registered appropriately for their appointments.
• During the term of the final examination and the final term in which the degree is awarded, you must be registered for 7980, even if you have already met your credit hour requirements.
• Apply to graduate the term you plan to graduate, before the mid-point of the semester, otherwise you will be required to wait until the following semester to apply to graduate again.
• You must obtain a 3.0 GPA in your major courses and overall.
• You CANNOT graduate with an “I” on your transcript.
• You must verify that the Final Exam Form has been submitted in GIMS
• You are responsible to verify the information in GIMS is accurate and correct prior to your graduation.
