Biography:
Francisca Torres has been working at the University of Florida, 21st CCLC Leadership Team since 2006. Torres currently serves as the senior secretary for the 21st CCLC Policy, Compliance and Program Development Office located in Tallahassee, Fla. Torres performs numerous tasks for the office including maintaining the efficiency of the office operations, compiling and disseminating reports, forms, charts and other documents related to the 21st CCLC Program. She arranges and coordinates travel for program staff, prepares requisitions requests for purchases and maintains updated directories, calendars, and other documents related to the 21st CCLC Program. Prior to working with the University of Florida, Torres worked for the Department of Education in two programs, Title I/Migrant Programs for three years and the Office of Safe Schools for two years. Torres is currently attending the Florida State University working on her bachelor's degree in sociology.
