Biography:

Dr. Tripp is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of the Undergraduate Athletic Training Education Program in the Department of Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. Dr. Tripp holds numerous professional certifications including Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Clinical Instructor Educator. She teaches, conducts research and reviews manuscripts and textbooks in the fields of Athletic Training, Sports Medicine and Biomechanics. Dr. Tripp has published and presented research nationally in the area of lower extremity injury, balance, and strength with a special focus on Anterior Cruciate Ligmament injury disparity among female athletes.
